My dissertation of my first master degree in Social Psychology is composed of two sections and my intention was to understand group processes in team management that take place in the private organizational environment. The intention of this thesis was to highlight subjective and objective phenomena that exist in the contemporary work environment.

In the first section, The Platonic Cave of Group Processes in Team Management, we discussed the theory of group processes and team management, using the presuppositions of the complexity paradigm from Edgar Morin. We reflect on group processes as an implicit phenomena present in professional relationships that exist while team management strategies develop to achieve organizational results.
