Nobody deserves Customer Abuse!!

Not too long ago I had a run in with a customer who became physically aggressive towards myself and a co-worker. 

The customer had bought his child a pair of runners last August, when he returned to the store, 6 months since the date of purchase had passed. The customer explained that they were letting water in and were also causing the child’s foot to sweat. I explained to the customer that as the shoes were purchased over 6 months ago I couldn’t do anything for him and that I did not see any evidence of water damage on the shoes and cannot deem them faulty. The customer then proceeded to shove the childs shoe in my face and tell me to smell it while shouting as loud as he could demanding to speak to a manager.
