How can you manage a team with a one size fits all approach when everyone has different methods?  And should you even bother?  The answer is a little to large for a single posting, but here are some key concepts to keep in mind.  If the team members you are evaluating are not ones that have been with you since the inception of the organization, you hired them for some reason.  And, generally not because they are one of your spouses in-laws.
