How Much Coffee Do Your Sales Team Drink?

Here is an email sent by a sales leader to his team at the beginning of the year- setting the context and expectations.

Dear Team
While we work out the planning details of our targets, strategies for the year, I encourage you to DRINK MORE COFFEE!!

My guidelines to drink more coffee:

1. Drink customer’s coffee – at least 19% of your working time. It contributes to our bottom line (and yours too!)

2. Drink good coffee that your customers with titles ‘Director & Above’ designations drink.

3. Enjoy the conversation and the coffee – help your customers over the cuppa to discover their problems and how our services can make them more effective.
