The 4 types of sales people

I was asked  by a sales manager the other day what types of sales people there are:

So I explained my view on the matter.

1. Those that can’t and won’t sell.

2. Those that can’t but think they can sell.

3. Those than can but wont sell.

4. Those that can and will sell.

Sales managers needs to discern between these before they employ anybody.
