SM2This article combines both an academic perspective from Thomas DeLong and a psychiatry perspective from Sara DeLong to present an overview of why ambitious and smart individuals often fail at self-management and leadership due to their fear of showing weakness. This fear drives individuals to manage their work by focusing on what they are comfortable with.
