Boring Presentation My oldest son, Paul, called me last week.  He went to a tech expo in NYC and was pretty jazzed up at some of the things he saw.

He told me about the new Xbox One, when if connected to any TV,  you can surf the internet, watch movies on Netflix or Red Box, access games and countless apps, and, oh yeah, watch TV.  It has a voice-activated motion sensor that makes it easy to jump back and forth between all the applications – plus you can download the Xbox app and then can use your iPad or iPhone as a keyboard and remote control.  This pretty much eliminates the need for a computer anymore.  Cool.

Then he told me about a new TV that has a better picture than HD and is almost as good as 3D and without needing any special glasses.  He said it looked like they had “real” people running around inside…
