I’m a morning person. It’s rare that I’m not well into my day by 6:00 a.m. (It’s not virtue or discipline; it’s just the way I’m wired. When I wake up, its as good as I get all day, and its downhill from there!) Because of this, I often spend time hugging a cup of caffeine and reading, writing, or reflecting at a coffee house before I actually go to the office. I shocked some students the other day by confessing that this is frequently the last time I think all day.
