Big Burger And The Customer Loyalty Band?

As I was thinking about this blog and doing my research I received an email from the best burger place (franchise burger that is) within miles of my house. Red Robin only came our way about 3 years ago but they have been a great food addition to our local fare. If you haven’t been to one, do yourself a favor and find one…soon!

But my blog isn’t about Red Robin…really. It’s about the components a successful and engaging customer loyalty program should include. What the focus should be from the businesses vantage point and what it shouldn’t. If you think it’s about building a discount club by offering a 5% discount in hopes to generate more sales, then this blog might be a real surprise.

Don’t get me wrong however. A well conceived and executed loyalty program should definitely be designed to increase revenue but not as a result…
