CB – customer value, satisfaction etc.


Consumer Behaviour is very interesting to me, I like finding the codes behind peoples’ recurring decisions. Mainly the first thing I think about with consumer behaviour is that the consumer’s satisfaction is one of the largest factors. I thought for my first swing at blogging I’d talk about something from the lecture slide asking how individuals make decisions to spend their resources ? So, I decided to talk about why I choose to eat at a certain restaurant.


Well first of all, I’ll give you a debriefing of the place.
