As a consumer, having your voice heard matters. Getting that chance through the permission of a company is even better. Co-creation within the business world is the collaboration of a company and it’s consumers. When a company is trying to increase their profits or create a new product it turns to it’s loyal clients and listens to their input, or what they would want to see from this company.
