How true it is. One thing I find endlessly fascinating is why businesses self sabotage in the attempt to save themselves. For example, many businesses have a sale or cut their prices in order to boost sales. What they don’t realize is they are shooting themselves in the foot – now they have to make MORE sales just to make up for the margin they cut in to. Business is not a numbers game; it’s a margins game.

I see business after business focus almost all of their advertising and service on attracting new customers but paying barely any attention to, if any at all, to their existing customers. Tapping into your current customer base is by FAR the best way to boost sales and increase profits.
