Developing your own loyalty program can be very similar. As important as it is to establish your programs objectives and design a targeted program that will meet your customers’ expectations, if your employees are not presenting or educating your customers about the loyalty program, it will never succeed.
Your employees are your frontline—they are what your customers experience when they interact with your business, and they are the key to customer satisfaction. They are also the key to building awareness of your loyalty program among your customers.
